Blackhawks Win Against The Flames 4-3, 1/7/24

   The Blackhawks were back at home for this game against Calgary on Sunday, January 7th. After a five-game losing streak, the Blackhawks finally broke the streak and won with a 4-3 score!

   Colin Blackwell gets the Hawks started soon into first, scoring his second of the season. Elias Lindholm scores - Chicago challenged the goal and it ended up with no goal. Nazem Kadri ties up the game close to the end of the first. The final score of the first period is 1-1.


   Andrew Mangiapane scores for the Flames, taking the lead. Philipp Kurashev ties up the game, this being his eighth goal of the season! Nikita Zaitsev nets one - the Blackhawks in the lead with a 3-2 score, being the final of the second period.


   Colin Blackwell scores his second of the night close to the end of the third! Nazem Kadri answers with his second of the night and his thirteenth goal of the season. The final score was 4-3.



"It felt good and a lot of guys stepped up today. I thought we had a great team effort." Colin Blackwell said.
