   The Golden Knights played against the Islanders in Vegas on Saturday, January 6th. The Golden Knights won with a 5-2 score. It was a great win for Vegas due to their past two games being a loss for them.

   Jack Eichel strikes first for Vegas, this being his 17th goal of the season. Mat Barzal ties up the game - the final score for the first period being 1-1.


   Pavel Dorofeyev scores late in the second, and Nicolas Roy scores soon after - Vegas in the lead by two goals. The final score of the second period was 3-1.


   Jack Eichel scores his second of the game and his 18th of the season - Lukas Cormier getting his first NHL assist! Matt Martin answers back, getting the second goal of the night for the Islanders. Nicolas Roy scores his second of the night and his 7th of the season.
