Panthers Win In Colorado With A 8-4 Score! 1/6/24

   The Panthers played in Colorado on Saturday, January 6th. The Avalanche lost 8-4, this being the 7th win in a row for the Panthers!

   Carter Verhaeghe nets one, getting the Panthers in the lead early in the first. Sam Reinhart scores soon after Verhaeghe - 2-0. Sam Reinhart nets another, his second of the night already! 3-0 being the final score of the first period.


   Cale Makar scores the first for the Avalanche just 21 seconds into the period! Josh Manson scores very soon after - Makar's goal being 31 seconds before Manson's. Valeri Nichushkin ties it up, 3-3. Oliver Ekman-Larsson gets Florida back in the lead! The final score of the second period was 4-3.


   Jonathan Drouin ties it back up, 4-4, with 16:29 left in the third. Sam Reinhart gets a hat trick, and the Panthers are back in the lead! Kevin Stenlund gets Florida the sixth goal of the night. Matthew Tkachuk scores an empty-netter, Carter Verhaeghe scores another empty-netter, and his second of the night! The final score was 8-4.
