Just at 17:57, Evan Bouchard got his 13th goal of the season to tie it 1-1... Thomas Harley brought the Stars back on top soon after Bouchard had tied the game. Harley's goal made him tied for the second-most goals by a defenseman in the league (14).    Evan Bouchard scored 30 seconds into overtime with his second goal of the game and his 14th of the season to wrap it up. The Edmonton Oilers won with a 4-3 final.

Wyatt Johnston on the Stars' 4-3 overtime loss against the Edmonton Oilers: "They've been playing pretty good hockey these last couple of months and it's a big game for us. We want to show we're the best team in the league - Obviously good to get a point, but we'd much rather get two though," - "I think it's just playing smart. I think making sure the puck gets in is a big thing and not turning it over - I think it's on us to play smart especially when there are long shifts, make sure they get a chance to change, and make sure we don't turn the puck over."

Evan Bouchard on taking this game into overtime and bouncing back after Thursday's game: "That was huge. We knew they were a good team. We had to play a really good game and we did that, that's what makes us so special. We can compete with any team."
